1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to OpsTitan services provided by Scalepo, LLC, including the OpsTitan mobile application, public website, and support channels. OpsTitan is designed for business operations, communication, customer relationship management, workflow coordination, scheduling, and related services.

If you use OpsTitan through an employer or another organization, that organization may control the workspace and the information submitted to it. In that situation, Scalepo may process information on the organization’s instructions, and you should also review that organization’s privacy notices and policies.

2. Information we process

Account and contact information

We may process your name, email address, telephone number, username, organization, role, authentication information, profile information, and account preferences.

Business and user content

OpsTitan processes information that you or your organization enter into the service, such as customer and contact records, tasks, workflows, appointments, calendar entries, notes, property or business records, chat messages, shared files, photographs, videos, audio, and other attachments.

Location and motion information

When you enable a location feature and grant permission, OpsTitan may process precise location, approximate location, location history generated during an active sharing session, and motion-related signals. These features support functions such as showing your current area, location-based matching, maps, and live-trip or live-location sharing. Background location is used only where needed for a location-sharing session you start or another location feature you enable.

Device and technical information

We may process user and device identifiers, push-notification tokens, IP address, device type, operating system, application version, language, time zone, network information, cookie or session information, and technical logs used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

Voice, photos, and files

If you choose to use voice input, speech recognition, camera, photo-library, or file-sharing features, the selected audio, speech, images, videos, or files are processed to perform the action you requested. You control these permissions through your device settings.

Support and security information

When you contact support, we process the contact details, issue description, screenshots, attachments, device information, and other context you provide. We may also process security and anti-abuse signals, including information generated by reCAPTCHA.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create, authenticate, and administer accounts and organization workspaces;
  • provide CRM, workflow, task, scheduling, chat, file-sharing, notification, mapping, and location-sharing features;
  • sync information across devices and show information to authorized members of your organization;
  • respond to support requests and communicate about the service;
  • maintain security, prevent abuse, enforce access controls, and protect users and organizations;
  • monitor reliability, diagnose errors, and improve performance and usability;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.

OpsTitan does not use information collected through the mobile app for third-party advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

4. How information is shared

We may share or make information available in the following circumstances:

  • Your organization: workspace owners, administrators, and authorized users may access information according to their roles and permissions.
  • Service providers: vendors help us deliver infrastructure, authentication, messaging, notifications, maps, location services, security, storage, and support. These may include Stream for chat, Radar for location services, and Google services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging and reCAPTCHA.
  • Your instructions: information may be shared when you use a sharing feature, invite another user, connect an integration, or otherwise direct us to disclose it.
  • Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the service.
  • Business changes: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to OpsTitan or as otherwise allowed by applicable law.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention may depend on the type of information, workspace settings, contractual requirements, and applicable law. An organization may retain or delete workspace information according to its own policies.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You can manage notification, camera, microphone, speech-recognition, photo-library, motion, and location permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection regarding personal information. If your account is managed by an organization, contact its workspace administrator first. You may also submit a request through OpsTitan Support. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

7. Children

OpsTitan is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request that children under 13 create personal OpsTitan accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review the situation.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OpsTitan, our service providers, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
