What the app accesses
OpsTitan Mobile accesses only what is needed for features you use and permissions you grant:
- Contacts — optional. If you grant permission and use a contact-related feature, the app may access selected contact information.
- Photos — optional. If you grant permission and choose a photo, the app may access the photo you selected.
- Push notification token. The app may use a device push token so notifications can be delivered.
- Crash and diagnostic logs. The app may collect technical information about crashes or failures so we can troubleshoot the app.
What is sent to OpsTitan
When you use the app, information related to your OpsTitan account and the actions you take can be sent to OpsTitan servers so the app can display and update your workspace. This can include account information, customer and work records you view or change, selected photos you upload, and technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the app.
The app does not need access to your contacts or photos for features where you do not grant permission or do not use them.
Your choices
You can manage Contacts, Photos, and Notifications permissions in iPhone Settings. You can stop using the app at any time. To request deletion of app-related data, email support@opstitan.com from the email associated with your account and put “Data deletion request” in the subject. We will confirm the request and explain what can be deleted and any limits that apply to records controlled by your organization.
