For account, sync, billing, or app issues, email support@opstitan.com. Include the email on your OpsTitan account, your iPhone model, iOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not include passwords or sensitive customer data.

How do I sign in?
Use the email and password for your OpsTitan account. If your organization uses a separate sign-in process, use that process first. If you cannot sign in, email support with the account email.
Why is my data not syncing?
Check your internet connection, confirm you are signed in to the expected account, and reopen the app. If the issue continues, send support the approximate time of the failed sync and the affected record type.
What does OpsTitan Mobile do?
The app gives you mobile access to your OpsTitan workspace, including customer context, AI lead enrichment, work orders, follow-up automation, and other operational records your account is allowed to use.
How does billing work?
Billing is managed through your OpsTitan account and organization. The mobile app does not change your plan by itself. For a billing question, contact the person who manages your organization or email support.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Data export depends on your account permissions and the record type. Contact your organization administrator or support and tell us what you need exported.
How do I request data deletion?
Email support@opstitan.com from the account email and write “Data deletion request” in the subject. We will confirm the request and explain what can be deleted, including any limits that apply to records your organization controls.
Does the app access my contacts or photos?
Only when you choose to grant the relevant iOS permission and use a feature that needs it. You can manage these permissions in iPhone Settings. See the Privacy page for the current app description.
