Delete your OpsTitan account

Use this page to request deletion of an OpsTitan account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.

OpsTitan is operated by Scalepo, LLC.Identity verification is required before deletion.

How it works

Request account deletion

    Open the request form below

    Enter the email address used for your OpsTitan account. If applicable, include your organization or account name.

  2. 2

    Identify the request clearly

    Choose Account or access (or the closest available support topic) and use the subject Delete my OpsTitan account.

  3. 3

    Tell us what to remove

    State that you want the account and associated personal data deleted. You may also describe specific data you want reviewed for deletion.

  4. 4

    Complete verification

    Our support team may contact you to verify account ownership and confirm the scope. Never submit your password, authentication codes, API keys, or other secrets.

What the request covers

  • Your OpsTitan user account and profile information.
  • Personal contact details and account preferences tied to that account.
  • Device or notification identifiers associated with the account.
  • Personal location-sharing data associated with the account, where applicable.
  • User-owned content that OpsTitan is permitted to delete.

Limited retention

What may be retained

  • Records controlled by your organization may remain in its workspace and may be reassigned or de-identified under that organization’s policies.
  • Security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal records may be kept only when required by law, contract, or a legitimate compliance obligation.
  • Residual copies may remain in routine backups until those backups are securely overwritten during the normal backup cycle.

No additional retention is intended beyond the time necessary to verify and process the request or meet an applicable legal or contractual obligation.
