These terms govern use of the Lune & Bloom website and flower orders placed through it. By using the website, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the studio confirms the order. Prices, availability, delivery details, and substitutions are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; Lune & Bloom does not store full payment card numbers.

Seasonal flowers

Flowers are seasonal and each arrangement is made by hand. If a particular stem is unavailable, we may make a beautiful seasonal substitution while preserving the palette, value, and feeling selected.

Delivery and pickup

Orders are prepared for the delivery or pickup details supplied at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, carrier delays, or events outside the studio's control.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
