AventPlan was founded on a simple belief: luxury event planning shouldn't come with attitude. Too often in Texas — and across the country — the event planning industry operates behind a wall of exclusivity, jargon, and intimidation. We decided to build something different.
We set out to bring the caliber of high-end event production usually reserved for coastal clients and Fortune 500 galas to the Texas market — with a distinctly Texan approach. That means direct conversations, honest pricing, zero pretension, and a genuine partnership with every client we take on.
